Refund policy
The outcome of every campaign payment, in plain language.
Effective August 30, 2026 · Auction closes October 31, 2026If you are outbid
Your captured payment remains available as private auction credit. While inventory remains open, you may raise the bid or move that credit to another available placement. Unused credit is refunded through PayPal when the auction closes.
If creative is rejected
The captured campaign payment is refunded in full. The administrator records the reason for the decision.
If funding closes below 50%
Production does not begin and campaign payments are refunded, including fully secured placements.
If funding reaches at least 50%
Fully secured placements proceed to production. Standard bids are offered the option to complete the remaining 80%; if Brand My Wall elects not to complete that placement, the deposit is refunded.
If a winner does not pay
If the remaining 80% is not completed within 24 hours after the payment request, the placement and deposit are forfeited.
Secure purchases
A secured placement is final after creative approval and the production threshold is reached. It is refundable when the creative is rejected, the campaign closes below 50%, or Brand My Wall cannot deliver the placement.
